Your answer may already be here:

What to include

• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• Your browser (Firefox or Chrome) and the Bettersubbook version, shown at the bottom of Settings in the popup.
• How you bring in your schedule: a file, a calendar link, Google or Outlook.

Please don't send passwords or sign-in tokens. Bettersubbook never needs them.
