Autofill: Fills the Subbook Add Request form from a saved shift. Never submits.
Availability / busy time: Times you're occupied: classes, meetings, other jobs, blocks you added.
Best Available: A sort that colors open shifts by how well they fit your schedule.
Calendar link: A published .ics address Bettersubbook re-reads every hour.
Detected shift: An event that looks like a shift and is waiting in Review.
Hand-off: The planned 10–15 minute overlap between one person's shift ending and the next starting.
Improve visibility: A switch that makes the Subbook table plain and opaque.
Inservice: A training session. Tracked on the Shifts tab; nothing to submit.
Next up: The card showing your next upcoming shift(s).
Permanent shift: A weekly repeating shift, saved as individual dated shifts.
Pill: A small tag showing an active filter, with an × to remove it.
Review: The tab where found shifts wait for approval.
Scene: An animated page backdrop: Sky, Space or Water.
Source: Where data came from: a file, a link, Google, Microsoft, or you. Sources never overwrite each other.
Theme: A one-tap bundle of background, text, accent and font.
